Can I change the shipping address for my order??

At Yeashoo, we understand that circumstances may require you to change the shipping address for your order. If your order has not yet entered the packing process, we will be happy to help you update your shipping address. To initiate a change, please contact our Customer Care team by clicking on the link provided, and provide your order number and the updated address as soon as possible. Please note that we are unable to change shipping addresses from a domestic US address to an international address, or from an international address to a domestic US address. Additionally, during periods of high order volume, such as during launches and promotions, we may have limited ability to make changes to your order. We want to ensure that you receive your order in a timely and efficient manner, and we encourage you to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. Can I change the billing address for my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot edit the billing address once an order is placed. But don't worry! As long as your shipping address is correct, you'll receive your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Care team. Thank you for choosing Yeashoo!

Can I change the email address to my order?

To update your email address, please email our Customer Care team with your order number and both the original and updated email addresses. We'll take care of the rest and resend your confirmation emails to the new address. Contact us if you have any questions. Thank you for choosing Yeashoo!

Can I modify my order after I’ve placed it?

We apologize, but we are unable to modify orders once they have been placed, and all sales are final. We understand that this may cause inconvenience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.  I received a package, but it wasn’t my order?

We apologize for any mix-up with your order. Please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and photos of the stamped initial or number on the outside of your envelope or box, the order packing slip with the stamped initial visible, and a picture of the products you received. Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Thank you for choosing Yeashoo!

I am missing item(s) in my order.?

We apologize for any missing items in your order. Please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery by clicking HERE and providing your order number, a list of the missing items, and photos of the items you did receive, along with a picture of your packing slip showing the stamped initial.  I received broken item(s) in my order?

At Yeashoo, we strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, but we understand that mistakes can sometimes occur. If you receive a broken item, please contact our Customer Care team by within 14 days of delivery. Please include photos of the broken item, along with a photo of the bottom or side of the product showing the 4-digit lot code, and the name of the affected item so we can assist you better. Shipping/Delivery

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it?

At Yeashoo, we understand that tracking information can sometimes be incorrect, and packages may be marked as delivered before they actually arrive. If this happens, please check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information. In most cases, your package will likely be delivered within a few days. If you still have not received your order after a couple of days, please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of the last tracking update. Do you combine orders?

If you place multiple orders on the same day and ship them to the same address, our system may automatically combine them. However, please note that we are unable to manually combine orders and shipping fees for combined orders are non-refundable. Thank you for understanding.

Why is my order unfulfilled?

Don't worry, if your order status is marked as unfulfilled, it simply means that your order is still being processed and has not yet been shipped. As soon as your order is shipped, the status will change to Fulfilled/Shipped, and you will receive an email with tracking information.

My international tracking is not updating.?

We apologize for the delay in the delivery of your international order. It may take up to 21 full business days for your package to arrive, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that courier delays, Covid-19 restrictions, civil unrest, and other factors outside of our control may cause additional delays. If your package is in your destination country, we recommend checking your local courier's online tracking or contacting your local post/customs office for more information. If your package is still in transit or missing a scan, please be patient and wait the full 30 business days. If you have waited the full 30 business days and still have not received your order, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number. Please note that we are unable to assist you until after the 21st business day.

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address?

Absolutely! We understand that many of our customers use PO boxes as their mailing address and we are happy to deliver to them. Please make sure to include the correct PO box number when placing your order to avoid any delays or misdeliveries. If you have any concerns or questions regarding shipping to a PO box, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Care team for assistance. We're here to help!

Do you ship to APO addresses?

Yes! Please follow these rules or your package might not make it! Write out the service member's full name in the name field, including their Unit on Address Line 1. Use one of the following abbreviations for the city field, depending on the type of post office: APO: Army Post Office FPO: Fleet Post Office DPO: Diplomatic Post Office Assign a "state code" to the Region field, using one of the following abbreviations depending on the location of the service member: AA: Armed Forces Central and South Americas (Armed Forces Americas) AP: Armed Forces Pacific AE: Armed Forces Europe (including Canada, Middle East, and Africa) Set the country as the United States, as these addresses are considered part of the U.S. By following these rules, you can ensure that your package will be delivered to your service member without any issues.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered?

Absolutely! We can't wait for you to receive your order! If your order is being shipped to an address within Yeashoo, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days. For international orders, delivery may take up to 30 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE. Please include your order number and tracking information in your message. We'll be happy to assist you further and help you locate your package.

How do I track the delivery of my order?

Great news! Your order is almost on its way to you! As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with your tracking number so you can keep tabs on your package's journey to your doorstep. If you've created an account with us, you can also access your tracking number there once it becomes available. Simply go to your Account Details and view your full order history.

Delivery and Returns Delays

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, but once it's handed over to delivery carrier, it may experience delays during transit. This also applies to undeliverable orders that are returned to our HQ. Please keep in mind that ColourPop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, natural disasters, USPS transfers to local carriers, or transportation strikes and delays. We can only provide the same tracking information available to you. Kindly wait for the full shipping times to elapse before contacting our Customer Care team. For domestic orders, shipping may take up to 7-15 business days, and for international orders, shipping may take up to 30 business days. If your order is taking longer than expected, please send an email to our Customer Care team with your order number and tracking information for further assistance. Regarding returned orders, we'll issue a full refund once we receive and confirm the package is undeliverable. We cannot process a refund until we physically receive the returned package. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Can my parcel be redirected to a different address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the shipping address of your order once it has been shipped. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. We will notify you if this occurs!

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

I need my refund redirected to a different account.

Apologies for the inconvenience! We can only process refunds back to the original form of payment used to place the order. Please contact your bank to inquire about rerouting the funds to the correct account.

What happens if my package is returned after it is shipped?

If your package is returned by delivery carriers, we cannot reship it, but we will issue a refund once we receive it at our HQ. You will need to place another order if you still want the items.

Can i exchange my item?

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges at this time. If you're unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to our Customer Care team and we'll be happy to assist you in processing a return and issuing a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

I still haven't received my refund

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in receiving your refund. Please allow us to look into the issue and provide a resolution as soon as possible. Do you have a phone number I can contact?

Hi there! Unfortunately, we don't have a phone number for customer service inquiries at the moment. Delayed order confirmation emails

If you haven't received your confirmation email, don't worry! It could be delayed due to high order volume during a new launch or promotion. Typically, confirmation emails are received shortly after an order is placed. However, if you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours after placing your order, please email our Customer Care team and we will be happy to help you!

How can I unsubscribe from your emails/newsletters?

To unsubscribe from our emails, simply scroll down to the bottom of one of our previous emails and click on the "Unsubscribe" link. This will remove you from our email list. If you change your mind and want to receive our emails again, you can sign up on our website or reach out to our Customer Care Team, and we will be happy to add you back to our list. I'm having trouble signing into my account

If you're receiving an "Invalid login credentials" message, it means that your email address or password is not recognized by our system. Don't worry, we can help you resolve this issue! Please ensure that you're using the correct email address and password that you registered with.
